Flame retardants STD9281A

Introduction

TP-9281A is a novel halogen-free phosphorus silicone nitrogen-coated flame retardant, specifically suitable for PP, PE, PO, and other high melt index and filled systems. It offers high flame retardant efficiency, easy coloring, good dispersion, and has been verified through 70°C, 168-hour immersion in water (UL746L), and double 85 tests (GB/T 2423.50), achieving a 5VA rating.

Instructions for Use:

This product should only be handled by trained personnel. Sufficient precautions should be taken while opening the package and performing physical handling.

Cleaning:

Clean tools immediately after use with non-proton organic solvents. After solvent cleaning, continue cleaning with water and soap. Proper equipment cleaning is essential.

Disposal:

Shelf life: Unopened containers have a shelf life of 24 months.

Usage time: The lifespan depends on how well the container is kept tightly closed.

Wear solvent-resistant gloves (e.g., nitrile rubber gloves) while handling this product. Use appropriate eye protection (safety goggles). Wear A2 B2 E2 K2 Hg/P3 half-mask filter respirator while handling this product. Keep out of reach of children. Store this product in a cool and dry place (<25°C). Dispose of waste in compliance with relevant regulations at an authorized waste disposal site. Regularly open containers to prevent pressure buildup (ammonia).
