Product Introduction
STD621 is a single-component high-toughness low-temperature thermal conductive adhesive.
Characteristics & Applications
Thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, thermal shock resistance, low CTE;
Used for components requiring heat dissipation and thermal shock resistance.
Instructions
To eliminate bubbles and ensure uniformity, preheat to 60-80°C before use, stir thoroughly and degas. Curing conditions: 120°C/1h, 110°C/2h, or 90°C/5h. For highly smooth surfaces, curing temperature should not exceed 110°C.
